The New Orleans Book Festival just wrapped up, and I had the privilege of introducing Walter Isaacson, the driving force behind this remarkable event. The festival has quickly become one of the most engaging intellectual gatherings in the country, and Walter deserves enormous credit for bringing together so many thoughtful voices.
After the introduction, Walter sat down with Kara Swisher, one of the most insightful journalists covering technology today. Their conversation focused on a big question: Who shapes America Now? It was a fascinating discussion that touched on politics, technology, business, and culture, and how influence moves across all of those worlds.
